The Advisor Development Program is a comprehensive six-month paid journey designed to prepare you for a successful advisory career at Sun Life.

It's a challenging opportunity to:

  • Embark on an exciting journey with opportunities to learn and grow
  • Gain foundational knowledge of Sun Life products, tools, processes and practical skills working directly with Sun Life Clients
  • Build confidence and develop your professional judgement with monthly developmental milestones and sales targets
  • Work with Clients to help them achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives

This experience will empower you to identify and develop your own market potential, helping you build your confidence and establish a solid foundation for your future as an advisor.

Complete structured training, practice  handling inbound and outbound calls, and prepare to develop your business.

 

Hands-on support

Benefit from dedicated coaching from experienced sales managers and a local team to help you meet key targets.

 

Compensation and incentives

Earn a competitive base salary during the program with access to financial support for insurance and mutual fund licensing.

Professional certifications and licensing

Hit the ground running with a Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance (LLQP) license and Mutual Fund registration.
