What is the Rotational Leadership Development Program?
The Sun Life Rotational Leadership Development Program develops future, cross-functional business leaders. In this program, you’ll rotate into three roles, spending one year in each role. These roles are in different areas of the business, providing unique challenges and a range of experience. You have the opportunity to become a versatile, well-connected business leader.
You’ll rotate into three different roles over a 3-year period.
The program supports all lines of business, such as: Group Benefits, Canadian Operations, Finance, Individual Insurance and Wealth, Group Retirement Services, Client Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing, Sun Life Financial Quebec, Sun Life Global Investments and International Investment Centre.
The program leads to a range of challenging roles to accelerate your path as a future general manager or business leader.
If you are completing a Business, Commerce, Engineering, Data Analytics or Health Sciences in the spring of the following year, you’re eligible to apply for this program.
