Program description:
The Account Executive Development Program develops future sales professionals by becoming experts in group benefits products and services, evaluating risk and pricing.
Rotations:
Rotate through 2 roles in a 24 to 36 month period.
Business lines:
Group benefits, group underwriting, business development in Group Benefits.
Career path:
Small market account executive, mid/large market account executive, sales management.
Hiring locations:
Placements Canada wide with training programs in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary.
Eligibility:
If you are in a Commerce or Business program that will be completed by the spring of the following year, you are eligible to apply for this program.
