I joined Sun Life for the freedom to pitch new ideas and the opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals across the company.
After two years in the call centre, I moved to the Market Development team where I worked as a Group Benefits Proposal Specialist and the Manager of Competitive Intelligence.
I am now a Strategy Director in Group Benefits.

I started my career in the Sun Life call centre in 1999 and have advanced through many other roles since then. After 20 years, I still love coming to work every day.
My current role is Technical Product Owner for Confluence Cloud.
I love so many things about working for Sun Life, especially the collaboration and support from my peers. The leadership team has always provided great feedback and guidance as I progressed in my career.
I joined the call centre in 2012 as a Client Care Representative in Group Retirement Services. I quickly advanced as a Subject Matter Expert and then a Team Leader.
I am now the Manager for the Client Teams.

24 years ago, I started a one-month contract in a data entry role. After a few months, I was offered a permanent position and have since advanced in many different roles.
I am now an Account Executive for the Group Benefits team.
