Make a withdrawal or make changes to your fund lineup in accounts set up through your advisor

Contact your advisor directly. If you need your advisor's contact information, go to Find an advisor and enter your advisor's last name.

Make a withdrawal from an account set up through your employer

Call the Customer Care Centre at 1-866-733-8612, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm ET.

Make changes to your fund lineup in an account set up through your employer

  1. Sign in to mysunlife.ca.
  2. Click my financial centre.
  3. Under Requests, select Change investments.

Remember to have your my Sun Life Sign-in/Access ID and password ready to enter into our automated telephone system.

Make a lump-sum contribution to an account set up through your employer

If your plan allows for lump-sum contributions and you've set your investment instructions, you can make a lump-sum contribution using your smartphone by accessing my Sun Life Mobile.

Make a withdrawal from or change your fund lineup in your Group Choices plan
