Contract Update: Announcing name and wording changes for Lumino Health products and services

Starting in July 2025, we’ll begin rolling out name and branding changes for our Lumino Health branded products and services to Sun Life and Sun Life branding. We’ll also introduce a name for the full suite of services provided by Dialogue¹. They’ll now be known as Sun Life Virtual Solutions, by Dialogue. 

What this change means for your Clients

We’ll need to update contract wording to reflect the name and branding changes. While there’s no change to Dialogue’s services or offerings, we’ve taken the opportunity to align contract wording across their suite of services. 

There is no action required from you or your Clients.

The Sponsor Focus Update is an important document and amends your Clients’ Sun Life Group Benefits contract(s), starting on October 1, 2025. After this date, we'll update contracts and booklets at the next plan revision.
