Our recent Member mindsets, motivations and metrics report surveyed 1,900+ Sun Life group plan members and mapped their responses to plan data. Now, we've conducted supplemental analysis focused specifically on women in workplace plans.

The findings are striking: Women systematically under save for retirement at every household income level and career stage.

The research shows confidence drives better outcomes, and tools like Sun Life One Plan build that confidence.

For example, Women using Sun Life One Plan show a 69% increase in match maximization compared to those without a plan.

By empowering women with the right tools and advice, we can help narrow the retirement savings gap.
