What has changed?

  • Redesigned website.
    We’ve created a brand new page for our Financial Wellness webinars. Along with getting the new look and feel, members will be able to choose their level of financial literacy and attend the webinars that best meet their needs.
  • Adding recordings and a “Find out more” section.
    We believe that the best digital experience is the one that allows members to self-serve and to consume a service whenever and wherever it’s more convenient for them. By making the financial sessions’ recordings available on the site, we’re allowing members to consume the information at their own pace in the way that is best for them. The “Find out more” section on each topic page will provide an opportunity for further learning to those that want to dive a little deeper. 
  • Promotional marketing materials.
    We’ve also updated our marketing collateral, including the Sponsor email template, poster, and brochure, to reflect the changes, including branding and positioning to focus on the key value proposition (Boost your financial literacy with our free financial webinars, no matter how much you already know).   

Why are we doing this?

We’re committed to helping plan members make informed decisions when it comes to their investments, budgeting, and retirement planning. A number of years ago, we created and launched the Financial Wellness webinars – a first of its kind multi-employer free series of interactive educational sessions for plan members on various financial topics. To continue to provide the best plan member experience and meet members’ evolving needs, we’ve made changes. We believe that the renewed website and marketing collateral will help drive higher engagement among plan members and will allow more of them to benefit from these free education sessions.
