Enhancing the Client benefits experience on mysunlife.ca

We're enhancing the mysunlife.ca landing page for all Clients. The “Benefits” navigation page is being redesigned and renamed to “Health,” and other essential features will be reorganized for easier access. The layout will offer a more intuitive experience, allowing all plan members to quickly find and understand their coverage information.
Key updates
- Plan members will be able to easily check their plan details, with the “Coverage Search” section.
- A new enrolment quick link will provide easier access.
- To start a new claim, plan members will be able to access the “New claim” section. There, they'll see a list of claim types available in their plan.
- In the new “Claims activity” section, claims statements and claims history will be easier to check.
For more details, please refer to our registration and enrolment flyer. These changes are scheduled to go live March 29.
