Report suspicious activity

In Canada, benefits claim misconduct is a big problem and amounts to millions of dollars in losses each year. To help address this, the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is focused on prevention, preparedness, response and recovery.

It’s important to be aware of what suspicious activity looks like and how it can be avoided. If you’re suspicious of any activity related to the CDCP claims processing or Sun Life, let us know by calling us toll free at 1-888-882-2221 or emailing us at clues@sunlife.com.

You may also anonymously report suspicious activity related to the CDCP claims processing, or Sun Life, to an Ethics Hotline (ClearView Connects™ Opens external website in a new window). A third party provides the Ethics Hotline reporting platform, while Sun Life handles the review and investigation of any reports submitted through that platform. The Ethics Hotline is available 24/7.

The Canadian Dental Care Plan is administered by Sun Life on behalf of the Government of Canada.
