Medical Second Opinion, by Dialogue is a valuable addition to our Lumino Health Virtual Care platform. Plan members can easily connect to Medical Second Opinion, by Dialogue through the Lumino Health Virtual Care app, via mobile or web. This digital-first care means one sign-in and password for all virtual care services provided by Dialogue. Plan members will also be able to connect to the service through a dedicated phone line, 1-833-286-5614, accessible 24/7.
Medical Second Opinion, by Dialogue includes three different features to help meet the health care needs of your plan members. All three features are independent and can be accessed freely by eligible plan members, their spouse, dependent(s), parents and parents-in-law. It’s secure, seamless and available anytime.
Expert Second Opinion: a medical expert will provide plan members with a second opinion on an existing and active diagnosis and treatment plan. This includes both physical and mental health conditions. The network includes a wide range of specialties and subspecialists, including (but not limited to) oncology, gynecology, cardiology, orthopedics, psychiatry, and neurology.
Mental Health Care Navigation: connects plan members with a mental health specialist. The specialist will help them better understand their mental health needs and provide navigational support to specialized mental health providers, resources and more. All mental health conditions are covered.
