With EAP, you and your eligible dependents have confidential access to qualified practitioners and professional services. Get guidance and resources for work challenges, everyday stress, and life in between. This includes support for:

You and your eligible dependents (age 14+) can access EAP anytime, anywhere in Canada, and at your convenience. Your eligible dependents will register with their own email address.

1. Go to luminovc.dialogue.co or download the Lumino Health Virtual Care app for iPhone and Android.

2. Click on "Create your account".

3. Register then enable notifications for updates. When registering, make sure your full name matches our records.

4. Book sessions and explore your EAP benefits.

When accessing EAP via the app is not possible, immediate help is available by calling 1-844-342-3327. A Member Service Specialist will assess your needs and coordinate care with appropriate resources.
