Have a Sun Life Connect account?
- Log in to your Sun Life Connect account and select Facility along the top.
- Customize your facility profile with images, hours of operation, amenities, services, conditions, clientele and more.
- Click add provider on the facility page or select Providers – Manage Providers from the top menu options. Make sure to add a profile for each provider.
- Make sure to press save and publish on each provider profile page AND the facility page.
Not on Sun Life Connect?
- Register for a Sun Life Connect account.
- Registering for SLC provides you with automatic access to Provider Search profiles.
