How to list your practice for free

If you’re a provider at a facility or clinic and would like a profile on Provider Search, 
please contact your facility administrator to set it up for you. 

  1. Sign in to your Sun Life Connect (SLC) account.
    Don't have a SLC account? Register for SLC today..
  2. Click on Facility in the top menu. 
  3. Fill in the required fields on the facility page.
  4. Click add provider to create your provider profile(s).
  5. Fill in the required fields for each profile.
  6. Once all required fields are completed, click publish.
  1. Sign in to your Sun Life Direct (SLD) account.
    Don’t have a SLD account? Contact us to register at 1‑855‑301‑4786.
  2. Click Provider Search along the top menu.
  3. Review your profile and click enable.
  4. Your profile will publish in real-time.
