Don't have a SLC account? Register for SLC today.. - Click on Facility in the top menu.
- Fill in the required fields on the facility page.
- Click add provider to create your provider profile(s).
- Fill in the required fields for each profile.
- Once all required fields are completed, click publish.
- Sign in to your Sun Life Direct (SLD) account.
Don’t have a SLD account? Contact us to register at 1‑855‑301‑4786. - Click Provider Search along the top menu.
- Review your profile and click enable.
- Your profile will publish in real-time.
