Gord Ripley

Gord oversees the Defined Benefit Solutions (DBS) product suite, including product design, pricing, and underwriting, as well as longevity research and risk management. Working closely with plan sponsors and their consultants, his team develops customized annuity and longevity solutions to manage DB pension risk. Gord has worked on several innovative transactions, including the first North American longevity insurance agreement for a prominent Canadian pension plan.
