Track a claim

Depending on your relationship with us, we offer several easy and convenient ways to track claims.

Coverage obtained through your employer:

For health or dental claims:

  • Sign in to the Plan Member Services website. Don’t have an account? Register now.
  • Contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-800-361-6212 between 8am and 8pm ET.

For Life or Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) claims:

  • Contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-800-361-2128 between 8am and 8 pm ET. Select your language preference followed by option 4.

For Critical Illness claims:

  • Contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-800-669-7921 between 8:30 and 4:30 ET.

For Disability claims:

  • Contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-800-361-6212 between 8am and 8pm ET.

  • Contact your advisor directly.
  • Call the Customer Care Centre at 1-877-SUN-LIFE (1-877-786-5433) between 8am and 8pm ET. Select your language preference followed by option 2.
