At Sun Life, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve the quality and speed of service we provide. That’s why we’re starting to roll out changes over the coming months that will allow us to respond more quickly to your requests.

What are some of the changes you may notice?

You or your Plan Members may notice new email IDs from Sun Life. All emails from Sun Life will include our branded signature. They will use a standard format of: GRSOps…@sunlife.com. It is very important that you continue to respond to these requests. This will allow us to process the transactions as quickly as possible. It’s also important for you and your Plan Members to remember to include with each request:

  • the Client ID,
  • Plan ID,
  • Member ID,
  • complete details, and
  • any forms required.

Please rest assured, these emails are from Sun Life, and we appreciate your responses to them.
