Two new features will soon make it easier for plan members to register for mysunlife.ca online.

We’re introducing a:

  1. Web browser version of Verified.Me
  2. Help us find you page

1. Verified.Me now available as a web browser or app

Plan members registering on mysunlife.ca using a mobile device no longer need the Verified.Me app to use Verified.Me’s secure service. 

What is Verified.Me?

Verified.Me helps verify identity. Plan members can use it when registering on mysunlife.ca, securely from any iOS- or Android-enabled mobile device. You can find out more about Verified.Me, here.

The web browser version of Verified.Me can save them the download step

When a new employee registers via their mobile device, it will detect whether they have the Verified.Me app already. If they:

  • Already have the Verified.Me app: They can use the app when registering.
  • Don’t have the Verified.Me app: They can use the new web browser version of Verified.Me, or download the Verified.Me app. 

2. If we can’t identify a plan member during registration

The new Help Us Find You page will identify them using their account number.
