LifeWorks and RightDirections™ (EAP)
This name change won’t impact the RightDirections™ program. Plan members can continue to use the same phone number and website to access EAP services, and you won’t require a new EAP application.
We’re currently working with LifeWorks to update our RightDirections™ website and marketing materials to reflect this change. We’ll continue to inform you on the timing of these updates. In the meantime, plan members can continue to use the material currently available to them.
Accessing RightDirections™ content online
To protect your online safety, we recommend plan members use the most recent version of their web browser when accessing RightDirections™ EAP services through the Lifeworks (formerly Morneau Shepell) website.
We’ll update booklet wording with the new LifeWorks name to reflect this name change at your next plan revision. We’ve created this flyer for you to share with plan members.
