The research is in partnership with the Canadian Psychological Association and the Mental Health Commission of Canada.1

Purpose of the research

The goal of the research is to learn more about employers’ decisions to provide employees with mental health supports, including coverage for psychological services. It also seeks to better understand how these supports are being accessed and provided by Canadian organizations. This includes mental health supports for employees during COVID-19.

The researchers plan to share the findings with the public through conferences and journals.
