Your plan members have access to Lumino Health Virtual Care, powered by Dialogue. This service helps connect them to the care they and their families need. We want to make sure new plan members register, so they’re ready to use it when they need it. We’ll be increasing our emails in the first month for new plan members, to encourage registration. We’ve also added new content to our email campaign for existing members.
Starting April 2021:
- For all new plan members with access to Lumino Health Virtual Care as of January 1, 2021, we’ll send weekly emails in the first month. After that, plan members will move to our monthly email schedule. They’ll receive all 10 emails in the series.
- Existing members will continue to receive monthly emails. We’ll send these emails the third week of every month.
- These emails cover the features and benefits of the service, how to add dependents, how it can help support mental health, and more.
We’ll send emails to plan members only where we have the permission to do so.
