Introducing a new feature on our Amazon Alexa1 Sun Life Skill – Health Check In

It’s now possible for plan members who access their Sun Life account through Amazon Alexa to do a health check-in by simply asking for it. This new feature asks a few questions, and the health check-in feature will direct the member to a free resource on sunlife.ca or to Mental Health Coach, if they have access to this service.

Two simpler ways to submit claims

  • Access to submit a claim has never been easier on the my Sun Life mobile app. Now, directly from their home screen, plan members can submit their claims in no time:
    • They just need to press and hold the app image and they’ll see an option to submit a claim.
    • Once they click on it, they’ll be redirected to the Submit a Claim pages on the app.

  • On their desktop, plan members now have access to a new sign in page that will take them directly to the submit a claim section. Users can access this link in the support section of the sunlife.ca or mysunlife.ca webpages.
