As part of our commitment to provide holistic, digital services to you and your plan members, a re-imagined Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is now available.
Since March 25, 2020, plan sponsors have had the option to continue coverage for plan members on reduced hours. On July 10, 2020, we let you know that you could extend coverage for 6 months for these employees. We allowed this option even when employees worked fewer than the minimum hours required by your benefits plan.
Earlier this year, we conducted a survey in partnership with Ipsos to better understand how members from diverse communities (Indigenous, Black, LGBTQ2+, other races/ethnicities, persons with disabilities), use, perceive and value their benefits plan.
