Since March 25, 2020, plan sponsors have had the option to continue coverage for plan members on reduced hours. On July 10, 2020, we let you know that you could extend coverage for 6 months for these employees. We allowed this option even when employees worked fewer than the minimum hours required by your benefits plan.
