Communication is an important part of helping to drive registration and usage of virtual care. To encourage registration for Lumino Health Virtual Care, powered by Dialogue, we’ll be increasing our emails in the first month for new plan members. We want to ensure they’re ready to use it, when they need it. For existing members, we’ll continue to promote relevant content to help drive engagement. 

Starting April 2021:

  • For all new plan members with access to Lumino Health Virtual Care as of January 1, 2021, we’ll send weekly emails in the first month. After that, plan members will move to our monthly email schedule. They’ll receive all 10 emails in the series.
  • Existing members will continue to receive monthly emails. We’ll send these emails the third week of every month.
  • These emails cover the features and benefits of the service, how to add dependents, how it can help support mental health, and more. 

We’ll send emails to plan members only where we have the permission to do so.  

We’ll be sending this Focus Update on April 1, 2021, to all plan sponsors with Lumino Health Virtual Care.

As a reminder, encourage your Clients to use our communication toolkit to help promote Lumino Health Virtual Care within their organization. Plan sponsor support is critical to help ensure their plan members get the most of out of this service.
