In January, we let you know about some exceptions to our claims practices to support your employees during COVID-19.
Some of these exceptions were going to be in place until March 31, 2021. However, we understand it may take plan members some time to get an appointment with a health-care provider. So, we’re extending these exceptions to June 30, 2021.
