We’re always looking to enhance the Advisor site to improve your experience. On November 28, we’re launching an easier way to reset your password. Plus, you may have already seen three new features on the site.
Here’s an overview of each new feature:
Password reset
The new password reset function will give you the ability to reset your password in real time. This is done in three easy steps:
Reminder: don’t share your log in credentials with others.
Contact Us
We heard your feedback and enhanced the Contact Us page. The updated page makes it’s easier for you to know which Sun Life team to contact for each of your questions. Check out the Contact Us page to see what we’ve added.
Two easy ways to share your feedback
1. Feedback button
Use the feedback button to send us your comments on things you would like to see on the Advisor Site or report an issue. The information you provide is sent directly to the Advisor Site team that is accountable for prioritizing changes and fixes.
Tip: The feedback button is meant for one-way communication, not questions about a specific case. Please follow your typical process if inquiring on a specific case. Never include Client or any other form of personal/confidential information when sending feedback.
2. Exit survey
You may have noticed an exit survey request when you logout of the secure Advisor Site. This gives you another way to provide feedback. When you click “Sign-out”, a pop-up appears giving you the option to complete or decline the survey. The optional survey is three questions long and is anonymous.
Feedback from the exit survey goes directly to the Advisor Site team for review and resolution/prioritization as needed.
Note: The exit survey doesn’t appear if you close your browser window, or if your session times out.
Help make the Advisor Site even better
These three enhancements are just a few of many as we move forward with our continuous improvement journey and Advisor Site redesign.
The goal of the redesign is to create a user-friendly site that gives you what you need. This site is a tool you and your team use, so we want to hear from you about what we can do to optimize your experience.
