Mona has reclaimed her role as Regional Sales Director working primarily with Managing General Agencies (MGAs) and their advisors in Southern Alberta and Winnipeg, with additional responsibilities for National Accounts. She started in the Third Party channel in 2005, and held a similar role from Sun Life between 2009-2012. She has since added meaningful working experience as an Insurance Advisor, helping physicians exclusively between 2012-2019 as part of a non-profit medical organization.
Having advised and coached doctors, alongside other comprehensive Financial Planners and Estate Planning experts, Mona understands the challenges and opportunities financial service industry professionals face in this ever-changing environment.
Mona believes in building long-lasting relationships by keeping her promises. Mona enjoys learning from the best, and is an avid reader of industry and health publications. She stays on top of the latest financial well-being strategies using insurance offerings, and co-presented on financial literacy topics at University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine.
Mona is proud to have achieved her CFP, CHS and CLU designations, as well as double degrees of Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University of Calgary.
