Your client has changed his or her mind

There are times when, despite your best efforts, your client may change their mind about applying for insurance.

  • If this happens after you have sent in the application, email us at wholesale.new.business@sunlife.com immediately so that we can close the file and refund any payment that was made.
  • If the request comes directly from the client or yourself, the request will be handled within 5 business days to ensure the client's service expectations are met.
