Lumino Health Virtual Care

We want to make it easy for plan members to access the care they need during the COVID-19 pandemic. In partnership with Dialogue, Lumino Health Virtual Care will be available to all plan members with Extended Health Care (EHC) benefits.

Through Lumino Health Virtual Care, plan members can access a virtual “walk-in” service and connect with medical professionals, including nurses, doctors and others. The service is available via mobile and tablet apps and a website.  By connecting with health-care providers virtually, plan members can get the care they need while supporting social distancing efforts and reducing the load on our emergency health care system.
