Log in to your Sun Life Connect account and select Lumino Health profile along the top.
Customize your profile with images, hours of operation, amenities, services, conditions, clientele and more.
Click Manage providers at the top to add your providers. Make sure to update the Lumino Health profile for each of them.

Here’s how to create a Lumino Health profile in three easy steps:
Create a Sun Life Connect account. Make sure to select Lumino Health Profile as a product and to sign up as a health care practice.
Please note you’ll receive an email to activate your account.
Once logged in, click Lumino Health profile along the top and create your profile. Don’t forget to customize it with images, hours of operation, amenities and more.
Click Manage providers at the top to add your providers. Make sure to update the Lumino Health profile for each of them.
Important note: Don’t forget to click Save on the sections you edit. Once you’re done, go to Lumino Health profile at the top of the page and click Complete to publish your changes. Our team will review the content before we publish it on the platform.
