Change your password


To access your electronic Health Statement, please change your temporary password.

Your new password must:
  • have between 8 and 10 characters,
  • have at least one alphabetic and at least one numeric character,
  • not contain any spaces, symbols or characters with accents.
Select a new password that will be difficult for others to guess.
