To be eligible for Choices Insurance products, the insured must have been covered under any group workplace plan within the last 30-90 days (depends on the carrier and plan) prior to the application date ( Health Spending Accounts (HSA) do not qualify as previous group coverage), be a Canadian resident and not currently on disability leave.
  2. Family members must be eligible dependents of the account holder.  Coverage availability is subject to the eligibility requirements of the policy.
