You can see some of your account balances online by signing into mysunlife.ca. Not registered yet? Take a few minutes to register now.

Have you bought mutual funds or segregated fund contracts through a Sun Life Financial advisor? Download our app to see your balances on our app.

You can also contact your advisor directly for your account balances. Do you need your advisor’s phone number or email address? Go to find an advisor and enter your advisor’s last name.

Do you need help? You can also call the Customer Care Centre at 1-877-SUN-LIFE (1-877-786-5433), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

If you have an account through your employer

To check your balance:

  1. Sign in to mysunlife.ca.
  2. Under Investments, click my financial centre.
  3. Under Quick links, choose Balances.

Remember to have your registered email address and password ready to enter into our automated telephone system.
