Many of your healthcare providers will be able to submit your claims electronically (e-claims) immediately through a website managed by TELUS Health. These claims are submitted instantly to Sun Life*. This means quicker processing of your claim and you may not have out of pocket expenses – or you may need to pay your provider a reduced amount – depending on your benefits plan coverage.

Sun Life makes it easy and convenient for you to find health care providers in your area who are registered with TELUS Health. The Provider search feature is available on your mobile device via the my Sun Life Mobile app and on your desktop computer at mysunlife.ca (sign in required).
