You can update your personal information by mailing or faxing a written request. You can also contact your advisor or call our Customer Care Centre at 1-877-786-5433 (1-877-SUN-LIFE), Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm ET.

  2. Select Personal Info from the Profile section.
