‘Missing in Action: Absenteeism Trends in Canadian Organizations’ – first report of three part series released today.

We are delighted to have the opportunity to co-sponsor the Conference Board’s revealing three part study on absenteeism and the actions employers can take to tackle this costly issue.

The second report, Creating an Effective Disability Management Program offers an in-depth guide to creating an effective workplace disability management program and will be released on October 8th.

Marilee will be speaking in Toronto on October 28th at the Conference Board’s Disability Management and Benefits 2013 conference.  At this event, the third and final report Disability Management: Opportunities for Employer Action – which sets out detailed action steps that employers can take to better manage absence in the workplace – will be released and discussed.
