SODs are now available on mySunLife.ca for plan members. This came into effect on December 1, 2019.
An SOD is an off-schedule statement that is requested for a plan member outside of the regular statement schedule (i.e. monthly/quarterly/annually).
Plan members will see SODs that have been requested on an adhoc basis, including for:
- Audits
- Marriage breakdown
- Pension termination and retirement quotes
- Zero balance statements
SODs will be identified with a "Requested" date to easily distinguish them from automated statement runs (see screenshot below).
Plan members won't receive any communications regarding this change.
