Enhancements to help navigate Sun Life’s Client Care Centre

Sun Life is always looking for ways to make it easier for our Clients to do business with us. Our Client Care Centre telephone system is being refreshed and we’ve taken measures to improve the experience when your plan members contact us for inquiries.

As of March 18, 2019, when your plan members dial into the Client Care Centre for group retirement service inquiries, they will notice the following changes:

  1. Notification at the beginning of the call if the Client Care Centre is closed.
  2. Removal of the underutilized self-serve option to check account or fund information as plan members can get information about their investment portfolio, including daily balances, fund performance and much more by using the my Sun Life Mobile app or online at mysunlife.ca.

These changes will save time and help plan members get the information they need faster and easier.
