As announced at the end of March, we improved the registration process for mySunLife.ca, making it easier for plan members to access their online accounts and the my Sun Life mobile app.
We also mentioned that details would be coming soon about Verified.Me – an app from SecureKey that helps plan members to verify their identity with Sun Life using their online banking credentials.
We are happy to share that SecureKey has announced the launch of Verified.Me. For more information, read the press release from SecureKey.
Plan members can download Verified.Me and use it from any iOS or Android enabled mobile device. A list of participating financial institutions, download instructions, and how to use the app is included on our campaign website.

The Verified.Me website will also include a video that demonstrates the process plan members would follow to use the app to complete their Sun Life registration.
