Updates to plan member statement options: Sun Life's path to paperless

Sun Life is committed to offering industry-leading digital strategies as we continue to evolve our paperless solutions. As part of this initiative, effective June 1, 2018, plan members will only see a listing of their detailed transactions through the Sun Life mobile app and online at mysunlife.ca.

A fully paperless experience is also available, as an option, to all plan members. If a member elects this option, an email alert is sent to the plan member when their statement is available on the web, complete with instructions on how to access the statement.

Our aim is to promote sustainability by reducing the amount of printed paper we mail out, while at the same time maintaining our reputation for providing a digital, personalized and seamless experience for you and your employees.

For plan members, the detailed transaction information will continue to be available on the mobile app (select your investment product on the Investments page and then select History) and online at mysunlife.ca (sign in using your access ID and password, and from the Home page choose Transaction history from the right-hand navigation menu. The Transaction history page includes both summary and detailed options).
