When plan members leave their current employer or are retiring from their workplace retirement savings plan, Sun Life provides them with a package that includes important information and forms around the options to move their money out of their plan. Starting the week of Jan. 15, 2018, we will begin to transition Clients to the new and improved packages.
A new design and layout
To enhance functionality and simplify the member experience, these packages will include a new, design – including colour print, a layout incorporating good use of white space and plain language content that’s much easier to read and understand. We will be migrating Clients to the new system over the next few months.
