A new and improved paperless widget is now online

We are happy to report that a new and improved version of the paperless widget is available on mysunlife.ca.

Plan members may be prompted to make the change the next time they sign on to mysunlife.ca, and every six months after that until they select paperless.

Members can also update their elections by choosing Paperless from their Account settings at the top right of their home page:

The plan member’s preference will be applied to all of existing plans and applied forward to new Sun Life plans, helping ensure we are communicating with plan members using their method of choice.

Please note that any plan sponsor rules regarding paperless selection will take precedence over plan member preferences. Depending on the terms of the plan or product, those who elect the “paperless” option may still continue to receive some documents by mail.
