What's New - New steps for printing and downloading reports

February 5, 2012

We have upgraded the software used for reports. Reports will no longer appear within the Crystal Viewer; as a result, the process for scheduling, viewing, printing and saving reports has changed slightly.

  • Billing and financial reports will open directly in the format intended.
  • Administrative reports: When scheduling the report you will need to select the format (PDF or Excel), in which you wish to view the report. When viewing the report, it will open directly in the format selected.
  • Administrative reports: The report(s) will be saved for seven days. If you want to keep the report(s) longer than seven days, please download them.
  • Some large reports may be compressed to reduce the file size. These files can be accessed using popular compression utilities such as WinZip.
  • Some historical reports will no longer be immediately available. You will need to schedule them and then view them.
