Check your balance

Depending on your relationship with us, we offer several easy and convenient ways to check balances on your accounts.

Accounts set up through your employer:

  • Sign in to the Plan Member Services website. Don’t have an account? Register now.
  • Contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-866-733-8612 between 8am and 8pm ET.

Accounts set up through your advisor:

  • Contact your advisor directly.
  • Call the Customer Care Centre at 1-877-SUN-LIFE (1-877-786-5433) between 8am and 8pm ET. Select your language preference followed by option 2.

Accounts set up through My Savings CHOICES and My Family Plan:

  • Sign in to the Plan Member Services website. Don’t have an account? Register now.
  • Contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-866-733-8612 between 8am and 8pm ET.
