At Sun Life, we are continuously looking for opportunities to sharpen our customer focus and improve the service and products we provide to you and your plan members. Your feedback is key to helping us do this. That’s why we are conducting our Customer Experience Survey in September, using an independent market research firm, the Verde Group.

What does that mean to me?

Starting September 2014, you may receive an email from Sun Life inviting you to participate in a 10-minute online survey. 

Who will collect my answers?

This survey is completely anonymous and voluntary.  The Verde Group will compile the responses received and report them to Sun Life in aggregate. Your individual results will not be shared with Sun Life unless your express consent is given.
