- Contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-866-733-8612 Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
Accounts set up through your advisor:
- Contact your advisor directly.
- Call the Customer Care Centre at 1 877 SUN-LIFE (1 877 786 5433) Monday to Friday, 8 .a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. Select your language preference followed by option 2.
