We’re delighted to announce that Sun Life’s mobile-optimized application is now available to both BlackBerry and iPhone users − plan members can simply download it from either BlackBerry App World or the Apple App Store at their convenience.

As outlined in a recent Focus Update, plan members can use the app to submit their medical and dental claims for automatic processing, access their recent claims history and view their coverage card. They can also access interactive financial planning tools and check balances and recent contributions to a Sun Life Group Retirement and Savings plan – all this from the palm of their hand.

my Sun Life Mobile offers the same functionality and controls for these features as our plan member website. It’s giving them a more streamlined experience through an important new channel that provides an even more convenient way to connect with their benefits plan. This can only increase your plan members’ satisfaction with their benefits.
