To ensure delivery of a ‘best in class’ member disability experience we continually monitor our service to measure successes and find opportunities for improvement.

To help us identify these opportunities, we are conducting a survey which will provide us with insight from plan members who are currently off work on disability leave or who have recently returned to work after a disability leave. The 15 short questions explore their experience of our disability processes and service.

We are excited to get this direct feedback from the plan members we serve as it will help us to continue improving our service and the members’ experience.

Between late July and late October, we will be mailing the survey to approximately 25,000 eligible disability group plan members. The survey is voluntary and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. On completion, plan members can return it in the stamped, addressed envelope provided.

Plan member confidentiality is of the utmost importance. The survey is being compiled for us by an external vendor and responses are completely anonymous and confidential.
