Premium billing statement improvements


To provide better functionality, we’re changing the tool used for generating premium billing statements. The content of your statements will remain the same, but you may notice a few formatting improvements, starting in May.

If you access your billing statements online
We’re simplifying the process, so it will be easier to view, print and save your premium billing statements on our Plan Sponsor Services website through Group Benefits Administration. When you view your current statement on the website it will automatically open in Adobe Acrobat Reader™ as a PDF file. You can then save and print it.
Look out for a future message in the Please Read section of the Home page to see the date when this will be happening.
The following reports are not affected. You can continue to view and download them through the Crystal Reports Viewer:

  • Billing statements prepared before the change is implemented
  • Billing Information* report (use this if you want to download your statement to Excel)
  • Administrative reports
