New plan member communication: Convenient service through our automated phone system


Plan members can get convenient service through our automated phone system simply by entering their access ID and password – the same ones they use to sign on to our Plan Member Services website (if applicable).

Because our automated phone system is available 24 hours a day, plan members can take advantage of the many self-serve features we offer whenever it’s convenient.

If plan members need to speak to a customer care representative (CCR) they’ll get faster service if they enter their access ID and password. This is because the CCR will already have their benefit plan information open when the call comes through and will be ready to answer their questions. And the plan member won’t need to repeat their access ID.

Note: Plan members can speak to our customer care representatives from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET on business days.
